Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her guidance and motivation to improving South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) expert services during an engagement using the company's senior professionals at a strategic preparing session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the various social grant beneficiaries, who excelled from the 2024 matric examinations.
In the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing eighty one% of the registered pupils within the instruction sector.
These learners accomplished a commendable pass rate of 86%.
